The SUPtraction® R20 soles made from 20% recycled rubber have a removable cleat cover that can be used to convert the shoes into a clipless pedal version in just a few easy steps. However, thanks to the medium stiffness (V-Flow 5), they're also really comfortable for walking and have efficient power transmission on the pedal.
