If you want to return an item, make sure that the item is not contaminated. Water sports items may not have been used in the water. We ask that you first contact us by phone to announce the return and to find the best solution together.
There are a number of items that we request you not to return for hygienic reasons.

- Swimwear
- Piercings and earrings
- Headphones, in-ear earphones
If you no longer have a D • CENTER box in your possession, you can also use another box, provided that the return document is clearly visible.
For all returns, the procedure must be followed via https://dcenter.shipping-portal.com/returns/ and a covering letter must be included with the return shipment. Please sign and date the letter. Please refer to the order number and tracking code of your shipment.
