The lace/velcro system can be adjusted more tightly or loosely, providing perfect stability. Toe and heel caps provide additional stability and abrasion protection. The innovative SUPtraction® R20 soles made of 20% recycled rubber offer great traction on the pedal, but they're also perfect for a walk after the ride. The medium stiffness (V-Flow 5) provides both efficient power transmission on the pedal and high walking comfort. A removable cleat cover makes these shoes compatible with most SPD clipless systems.
